Quarrying Machinery

I went for a short walk with one of my friends from our photo club this morning. We walked up to the abandoned quarry behind Haytor, which seemed quite busy. It's usually such a quiet spot. There was a very friendly Robin there who let me take his picture despite my pathetic wildlife skills. I think we probably got the best of the day there as the clear blue skies soon clouded over up there, although the weather's remained good at lower altitudes.

I think I've probably blipped this piece of rusting machinery before but it's probably from a different angle this time, I can't remember without searching. There's a mono version here.
