Monochrome bridge

Quite a big day at the allotment today, (Meles planted seeds and tidied beds, I put the tatties on shelves to chit, and did some clearing in the dilapidated old greenhouse)

Didn't get any decent blips there, so I went another wander down to Commercial Quay, as I did yesterday, and hauled this part of the mechanism for the old swing-bridge out of the blipbank. The bridge no longer moves, but the machinery is kept sprucely painted.

Quiet night in, again, then back up to the allotment tomorrow to plant the artichokes and try to time it so the bin is empty and I can get rid of some of the rubbish....
