The Tower of London
Today we did a walking tour around Westminster and Whitehall, using a walk from a book we bought a while back. It was really interesting as it pointed out a number of things that could so easily be missed, such as a sign from the Second World War painted onto some brickwork, pointing out that there are "Public shelters in vaults under pavements in this street".
Afterwards we walked to Regents Street to look at the Christmas decorations (meh) and to have a browse in Liberty's. Then we went to Soho and Chinatown to look at the lights there. Finally, we went on the Underground to Waterloo and walked along the river to the Christmas Market by the Tate Modern, before treating ourselves to a rather special meal in a restaurant by the river.
This panorama consists of six photos taken from Tower Bridge that I stitched together in Elements.
