Finally, Roo decided we were going to have one and so, commenced with the boozy fruit.

Lovingly chopped and soaked in the finest booze, plump and shiny, ready to incorporate in the traditional fruit cake which now cools on the kitchen worktop.

Now, to ice it or not?

Well, that'll be the icing on the cake!
