Kath's Teeny Taff Trail

The sun was streaming in through the windows today and it was impossible to resist going out for a walk.

The Taff Trail's a route for cyclists and walkers that runs for 55 miles between Cardiff and Brecon, and follows the course of the River Taff.

I just ambled along the short section between Upper Boat and Nantgarw, and back again.
