My Happy Place

Cuddling on the couch with Alex, a delicious hot coffee within reach, a warm fire and beautiful tree to gaze at, and the sweet sound of him reading Christmas books to me. I just want to hit the pause button and stay here a little longer.

Oh, and 30 min ago I received a call from Dr. telling me what I've been waiting almost two weeks to hear. . . the second opinion on my biopsy has concluded that the margins they cleared were sufficient and the cancer has been removed. Feeling pretty good about that!
