I think it may need a bit of work... Or expensive equipment...

The hardest part was cutting the fruit thinly but I do like the bubble!!!

In other news, my house is nice and warm now, although it is milder again today. And I am suffering with a sore throat and cough passed on by my lovely daughter! Hopefully it will pass soon!
