Sculpture

This is a sculpture that's on the corner of the street opposite my building.
It's an interesting looking thing, made from loads of individual logs which have somehow all been fixed together and smoothed down. I can only think that it was put on a gigantic lathe, if not that then an awful lot of elbow grease must have been needed.
I didn't realise that there is actually quite a reasonable view of the Burj Khalifa between the buildings in the background from this corner.
