Sports centre

I managed to get to the sports centre this evening. This is their slogan - fulfilled seems a bit strong... but going to the gym does make me feel better. I don't do anthing too strenuous though, just a bit of cycling and brisk walking on the treadmill.

Sunday evening is a good time to go; it's quiet and you can watch countryfile with subtitles on the TV (!). Tonight it was all about the Severn Valley, with one of the presenters trying to surf on the Severn bore - looked like fun!
