one day in France

Fishy

Mr F is home from Mali at the moment and gave me a lift into Saintes for my French lesson today while he went off the the wood burner shop. We got back to our village just as the market was packing up and they were selling everything off cheap, so he bought this sea bass which he cooked for our tea. Here it is sitting on a bed of celery and lemon, with it's tummy stuffed with ginger and garlic, just out of the oven. I don't know how much difference all that stuff makes as I couldn't taste any of it, but the fish itself was delicious!
