The Majesty of the Law

This evening I was on my way to a wonderfully enjoyable dinner with my former Private Office staff ( for which many thanks) when I spotted this.

It is Parliament House and the Advocates Library in the centre of Edinburgh but ( unusually) from George IV Bridge , next to the National Library of Scotland.
