Little Sandgirl

When I picked Moira up from preschool this afternoon, I asked her what she wanted to do. Her reply was "Nana let's go look for sand dollars at the beach!" With beautiful blue skies and the sun shining, it was the perfect time to go hunt for sand dollars. We headed to the beach with sand buckets and shovels all set to look for sand dollars. I knew that we might not have much chance of finding one, but Moira loved her time looking through the sand and playing in the waves. As we watched the beautiful sunset, we enjoyed a cup of strawberry ice cream. The perfect way to end the afternoon.
