Dramatic Megalong

The unsettled weather continues in NSW, and this is another (drama enhanced in the name of art) view out over the Megalong Valley in the Blue Mountains. To the left you can see a rain squall falling over the hills to the western end of the valley.

Over towards the centre & right of the image, the second ridge from the front is the Shipley Plateau, with Hargreaves Lookout perched out on the left most edge. Not far back from that edge lies the bushland retreat of Walking Wombat & CCN. Interestingly, this lunchtime image of WW's was taken only about 10 metres away from where I took this image at the end of the same day.
