Aberdeen View

I've got my favourite room now in the Courtyard - great view, peace and quiet and top floor.

I always find its amazing what you can get when you are friendly and warm to people - they then go out of their way to help you out and make life a little bit easier for you. I am always amazed at people who kick off and shout and scream when they don't get what they want - why would you want to help someone who is behaving like a petulant child?
