St. Michaels

The historic Anglican Church of St. Michael's at Mitcham was built in 1852, and is one of the oldest in Adelaide. Constructed of local stone, with an imposing tower, it is set in large grounds amidst towering River Red Gums.

Today I happened to notice that the church door was open, so I slipped inside to get this interesting shot of the stained glass windows. Worth a look in large.
