Off the beaten track

Millie and I had to stray from our usual route today as the path we normally go along was shut off.
It runs next to a stream and has been gradually eroding away and if anything is going to make it cave in then a big fat horse thudding along will certainly do it.

It was an ill wind though as it forced me (and Millie) to try out a new path I have been meaning to try for ages.

It eventually led us back to the river which was a nice surprise and boasts a far more generously sized path for lady horses of the larger variety :)
