Blue skies and sparkle

Decided to get some of the 'trimmings' down from the loft. (In my childhood in YORKSHIRE you always 'trimmed up' for Christmas)

I found these green baubles which I bought last year for the Magnolia tree having been inspired by the trees decorated at Harlow Carr. I must admit I had forgotten about them but as it was a bright and sunny morning it seemed a good time to put them out.

A sparkling blue sky and a hint of festive sparkle in the garden. Hope the birds get used to them!

Happy weekend everybody. I believe it is to be pretty cold in the UK. A touch of the white stuff?
