Ring and Balls Sculpture

Ring, balls, curves and shadows on a beautiful sunny day. The sculpture is beside Cockenzie Power Station whose chimneys are due to be demolished next year after the station was shut down in March 2013. Much of the place has now been demolished with another demolition due next week. In the background a few boats float on the high tide in Cockenzie Harbour while three survey ships and a bulk carrier are anchored in the distance.
