The Bake Off

This morning I made these Cranberry and Orange muffins for tomorrow's Coffee & Cake at church. I also made a Lemon and Almond cake and some Rocky Road. All of them dairy free and gluten free. Thank goodness Guy is a good washer up.

Our visit to see our friend in the hospice in Scarborough has been put off until tomorrow afternoon.
