Festive shopping

This is our city's other shopping centre, Broad Marsh, name of the notorious slum area of the 19th and 20th century, that it's built over. Most days it can look empty and dull. Today, it actually looks nice and populated, a refurbishment is pending to bring it up to date and hopefully popular. Problem is, it lacks an anchor store.
