And indeed it is - to be exact, the extremely rare Ruddy-headed Goose. Very few of these left in Patagonia, although they still breed in the Malvinas/Falklands islands. I was very lucky to see this bird [on the Estancia Condor, Santa Cruz Province], and lucky that the pic came out reasonably well ...
