Laughing gas still life?

Passed this debris-strewn alcove above Madeira Drive this morning. A quick Googling suggested these canisters may have contained nitrous oxide. (The balloon possibly being the vessel in which it was passed around and shared.) As to the contents of the Tequila bottle, I'm not sure...
