Toasted Pecans

I started out the day by toasting pecans for one of our missionaries who broke his arm and had to have plate and screws inserted yesterday. I divide them all up into 1/2 cup quantities in zip lock bags.

Then I changed the ribbon that decorates my walker basket and put multi-coloured lights on it too.

The December decals are on the glass doors.

I took a breather and had lunch with Birgit. We caught up on the last couple of weeks.

Tomorrow night our church party is "A Trip to Bethlehem" and a few years back I made Kent a costume because he was a "king" but I didn't have one. For me, I just went with the no sew type as I'm tired and pressed for time.

Then just because I am insane, I made another set of jewelry.

Between all that, doing some laundry and scrubbing the bath/shower, I think I will sleep well tonight! Roll on weekend!!
