Jibreen Library

I went to Jibreen Fort today, which is more like a castle than the other forts I have visited. The rooms are whitewashed and furnished, with elaborate wooden ceilings. The rooms are labeled and filled with household items. The library had shelves built into the the walls, holding rows of the wooden rehal and the books they held. The floor was covered in carpet with sturdy cushions propped against the walls and the daylight streaming in the windows made for easy reading.
