A quick trip into town after school to buy A a winter coat (no success).
To properly start the festive season in traditional style, we had to go to George Square. I don't think I could go on this whirly swing thing, it looks so tame and nice until you see it in action...gives me a giggly tummy just watching.

Then I introduced the kids to the world of Forbidden Planet (comic shop). It was lovely to see Amber's face light up in wonder as she saw all the Manga. Elise got her Pokemon cards she's been after and Amber got a Batgirl comic.

To end a nice day, we picked P up from the airport, all back together again..for a wee while.
