Longing for...

...the lazy days of summer. Today has been chilly but, thankfully bright. The boys and I have surely beaten the world record for the "fastest ever decision related to the purchase of a Christmas tree." We went to the garden centre and purchased the first tree we saw, all within about 30 seconds! Even the man who served us was impressed at our speed :-)
Then it was off to town to buy a school jumper for C. Came home with a new mobile phone and no jumper! Whoops! Lazy afternoon followed. Some wrapping of presents, a quick trip out to the beach just before sunset to blip and then dinner out at the Beach House. The moon was shining on the waves as we arrived. I love hearing the sound of the sea rushing through the pebbles.
