We came back from Mudgee yesterday, being chased by yet another storm front. We travelled by the Rylestone Road so that we could visit some friends out that way. It had been many years since we had travelled the route and I had quite forgotten the old railway line which follows the road. It has lain unused for innumerable years now (at least along THIS stretch) and of particular note is the series of old trestles which supports the line here and there. I'd be a little worried travelling along this track behind a heavy locomotive. Gulp!
