MONO

Last night was works Christmas do. L.B. rolled in around 2am, earlier than I thought.

We had a lazy morning in bed which was fantastic and a rare treat nowadays. Watched Friends and the Iron Giant in bed while eating cold pizza. I felt like a student again.

Surfaced around the early afternoon because we were off to Leeds to see a Japanese band called MONO at the union. They were exquisite. I've not got much experience of post rock or math rock. However they just held the audience spellbound.

I'm blipping on the train home, it's packed with a strange mix of Christmas shoppers, drunks and a pack of old sequinned ladies with floral wreaths around there necks. Go figure!
