Please help...us!!!

Well apart from the fact that the aliens have landed. .our electricity supply now on it's last legs.
We could have all our electricity switch off for about two weeks and it will take another two weeks to get it up and running again. Not that the problem will go away.
According to those in the know this problem can continue for the next four years...
Things are now going from bad to really very bad...
