Holly

The holly trees by the house have a good crop of berries this year but there is always competition between the birds, the weather and ourselves in terms of getting some for the house at Christmas.

Given that severe gales are forecast for this coming week this morning I took the precaution of cutting a few boughs and putting them in one of the sheds. That way we will get leaves and berries for decoration no matter what happens.
