Have we stumbled into Diagon Alley?

Is what I wondered, at first wander around.
At this table alone there was:-
An American Army 1st aid box - Full of clothes labelling equipt.
A set of old "Snow chains" intended for "Tires" rather than "Tyres".
A home made Apple picker, propped up at back.
AND a Harry Potter style Broom.
There was a table-top sale we entered to try and "shift" some of the shop left-overs.

To those NOT familiar - The above was NOT on our table.
