'Nanny'

This was at a family wedding and as is the way with life we were not to know that this would be Samantha and Joshua's last photograph taken with there 'Nan'.

We used to discuss the fact that we lived 250 miles from Mum & Dad, the only ones not to live within a thirty minute drive.
I used to promise myself that we would go up more but as with all things it got put off but we saw them both as often as we could, they came down twice a year and latterly Mum came on her own.

It's a lovely photo, Mum still missed Dad terribly, especially at family events, but her Grandchildren, all of them, kept her occupied.
