Black and Blue
Up bright and early ready for a run. It was all a bit grey and miserable but, by the time I had found my shoes and earphones and GPS watch and iphone armband thingy, it hard turned into a glorious, blue-skied day. I had fun splashing around in the mud and sheep shit until the random network of footpaths spat me out onto a road that wasn't where I thought I would end up. I've normally got a pretty good sense of direction and it's a bit disconcerting when I end up 1/2 a mile from where I thought I would emerge. I must connect the watch up to the PC to see my route on a map.

I am tempted to not type anything and just pick from the first choices.
