In The Pines

The annual jaunt to Kirkhill Forest took place today, to chose our Xmas tree.
The choices of tree, makes it difficult, but fun. We usually get a 6ft pine. But the 2 types of pines weren't all that special. The firs just weren't right.

So we settled for a 7ft Spruce.

Although the man seems out of focus, he is actually moving whilst he trims our tree to our specifications.

It is now in the corner of the living room, settling.
Tomorrow the decorations and lights will go on.
