Soggy

It's been a tough day.
Up early for a home visit from a psych nurse. A good helpful chat. Feeling really flat and emotional and lonely.
More shopping with Mum this afternoon, then back to hers for tea.

I really don't want to go to hospital tomorrow. I've had enough.
