Night Night Sleep Tight

We have finally cracked "going to bed". Sophia has been sleeping through the night for a long time but we couldn't put her down and leave her on her own so would sit in the room until she fell asleep. She wouldn't even know we were there but we felt better about it. Pathetic really but we hate her being on her own.
