Taste of Peru Paddington, Borough Market
Late morning train to London to do our postponed Paddington hunt. Last night I picked out the ones I wanted to see and devised a route. We started at Paddington with the original looking Paddington. From there we went to Bond Street to see Sparkles (designed by Frankie Bridge so Carys knew her from SCD). On to London Bridge to see Wonders of the World, Borough Market for this one, a Taste of Chilli, the kids really liked it. Then we headed to the Globe for Shakesbear at the special request of a special friend in Aus. We stopped for babycino and then walked from London Bridge to past Liverpool Street to see the Paddington designed by Alan Shearer. I was gutted to find that it was behind the window pane of the Child Line offices so a proper picture was impossible, beside was patchwork bear who also was impossible to photo. From Liverpool Street we headed to the Barbican to see Sherlock at the Museum of London and had a quick look at the very small Paddington exhibition and introduced the children to the Paddington I used to watch.
We headed home after that and I think the kids were tired because they both went to sleep without a peep.
Looking forward to the 29th when we will be seeking out some more Paddingtons with another Blipper.
