Patterns on the Big Wheel

Inspired by a talk from Peter Stubbs last week at the Edinburgh Photographic Society I tried different exposure times tonight. Quite frustrating because the wheel takes a long time to load up with passengers before it gets up to a steady speed. This exposure at 3.2 seconds produced the most interesting effect but there were a lot of other interesting patterns at different exposure times. tried the range from 1 sec to 4 sec. I had the camera jammed in the railings at the top of the Mound. A lot of other people had big dslrs on tripods.
