Seedlings

I planted these at the beginning of spring before I knew I had cancer. Over the last few days, going out into the garden to take a photo has been a way of refocussing my mind onto the here and now, and of nourishing myself. I am looking forward to planting these out in due course (maybe with a little help from my friends), and picking and eating them when they ripen.
