Birthday Flowers

These beautiful flowers came from Australia today via Interflora. Had a funny birthday really. Spent the middle part of the day helping out with a bridge day for about 80-90 ladies. I don't play!
. Home and a friend came round with her daughter and grand-daughter. It was lovely to catch up with E. and her little girl. I thought at one time she might be my daughter-in-law as she and my youngest son went out together for 5 years.
Then S. and the girls arrived. In the end we ordered a chinese take-away followed by a home-made chocolate birthday cake. Very disorganised but very enjoyable none the less. House full of plants and flowers.
Another year has gone by.
