The girls have bought their Christmas cards, now to get them to sit and write them!

The care home are concerned that Dad is going to fall at night again, so they want a meeting tomorrow to discuss Dad paying for night staff to sit with him and make sure he has help 24/7.

I spent a few hours reading this morning to rest my back. Weirdly it's been really good all day. Maybe that pain I had last night was everything moving back in place again. So, maybe that bowling helped then!
