Day Full of Adventures

It was a beautiful peaceful morning, we woke up, cuddled a whole lot, had a yummy breakfast and played a little bit. Then it was time to go to Greg's coworker's little holiday party. We got all dressed up, I put on make up for once - we were all excited to go! Not even 5 minutes after we left the house - boom! Car accident. Two ladies who hit us were apparently arguing whether or not to go to church this morning, one finally said let's go and the driver swerved out of her turn lane and into our car. We were all ok, scared and bummed our rental car got hit - believe it or not, our car is in the shop, because not even two months ago I got side swiped while driving! Never been in any accidents - and now - two in two months! While pregnant. Yikes!

So instead of the party we went to the ER to make sure our littlest one was ok! They monitored the baby for a while and let me go - so we are good. Augustine was definitely pretty scared and needed lots of extra hugs and comfort, but said he was ok. With all of those adventures, I still made it to my 3pm photo shoot and after that managed to grab a couple of photos of Augustine :) So that's the story of how this photo came about - after lots and lots of adventures today!

On the bright side, we got a pretty nice rental car replacement and Augustine has been thoroughly enjoying the sunroof today!
