Hot pot fun

Tonight mom decided to not cook and wanted to have hot pot for dinner. Originally she wanted to just have it on our (relatively new) glass top stove, but I totally convinced her that it's so much more fun to bust out our portable gas stove.

Unlike at AYCE places like Clay Pot and Toyotomi where there's a slew of different food items, we kept things simple with just some lamb slices, mushrooms, spinach, meatballs, fish filet, and wontons. Everything is in limited quantity but it was just as good and as filling!
