ta DAAAHHHH!
Refurbished vintage dresser, now a kitchen cabinet. It was thick with paint and lacquer. A serious sanding revealed a mahogany top, which we oiled and lacquered.
Anyway, $70 on usedvictoria, a gallon of paint, few bucks on handles, and bobs your uncle.
Removing the old monster was a bit of business. I actually donned Freds safety glasses, such was the shrapnel during the demolition of the old cabinet. A lino issue has been revealed, so I shall have to replace the flooring. The wall will have to be repainted.
It will never end.
