All Saints Church Bakewell

Today the trees arrived at the church for the Christmas tree festival.
It's one of my favourite Bakewell events as it brings together the whole community in a really good way.
I'm doing a bit of filming, nothing amazing, just a little document of the event and the amount of work that goes into it.
Before I arrived in Bakewell I very rarely participated in church going but living next to the church and during my time as mayor I couldn't help but get involved.
These days with all the horrors, lies and me, me, me culture in the world I find there's something very calming about religion and exploring your spirituality.
