Spaces for reflection

I have spent some time this afternoon helping to set up a series of Prayer Spaces in church for local school children and their teachers to visit this week. The biggest job was moving all the chairs! I haven't seen all the prayer spaces yet as when I left they were still a work in progress but it was all beginning to look very interesting.

The plan to start putting everything in place had to be delayed as there was a very big, very long, military funeral in church this morning for a young soldier killed in a road accident not far from church two weeks ago. A sad story.
