Tree felling

Two brave souls came to fell some trees for us today. This Ash had died and needed to come down. The boy up the top of the tree was only eighteen yesterday and was serving an apprenticeship having done a course at college. They cut down the tall Eucalyptus tree, a large but dead Beech tree, two very tall pine trees and this dead Ash tree so we should be alright for logs for a while!! Mr P has to log and split them and I will be tiding up brushwood and taking it to the bonfire! (It will be a never ending task, I feel!)
