Calton Hill in strong morning light

Breakfast with a friend who has been out of town for a couple of weeks, catching up on his impressions of his travels. Lunch with an academic couple and their son - one of whom used to work in Edinburgh - now based in Sweden/Denmark. Various meetings and catch-ups in the Institute.

All the time frozen to the bone. I've got a bit of a cold - nothing too serious, but enough to make me feel a little shivery. Hopefully a good night's sleep tonight will knock it on the head. That's where I'm off soon.
