Nature's Bauble

This lonely apple was still hanging on in the park today. I wonder, will it last much longer once the wintry winds arrive tomorrow...?

It was good to get out for a long walk in the winter sun this afternoon. Anya slept all the way round the park and was then all smiles in Sainsbury's whilst I got some bits for tea. She seems to be getting the hang of eating now and managed to finish the entire bowl of mashed veg today.
Andrew has come back from work with man flu and is in bed already, I don't think I'll be much further behind him...
