Who?

I went to the post office today, (yes it was manic!), to mail our overseas cards and presents. While I was there I thought I'd get Christmas stamps. I was given these.

So I have heard of Santa, and of Rudolph, but who on earth are Hermey and Bumble, and how exactly do they fit into Christmas?
